We work directly with standard STEP, IGES, and DXF files for high-tolerance machining. Hand-drawn sketches or physical reference parts are also accepted for bespoke prototyping.
Most custom part machining projects are completed within five to ten business days. Complex bespoke designs or short production runs may require additional time depending on material availability.
Our Titusville shop regularly fabricates with aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, acetal, and polycarbonate. We source certified, high-grade materials to ensure clean-room precision and structural integrity.
We have no minimum order requirements. We gladly machine a single custom bracket, prototype component, or run short production batches tailored to your exact specifications.
